Head, neck and eye pain
I get headache with neck pain and eye pain. It's one sided. If left temple of head gets pain, then its accompined with left side of the neck and pain above the eyes and not in the eyes. I get it at least thrice in a month and the pain is severe, sometimes when the pain increases I get nausea and keep vomiting until I am empty stomach.

Most likely this is migraine which could be associated with left sided nasal septal deviation blocking the opening of the frontal sinus on the left side (if headache, neck pain and eye pain are located on left side). However, refractive errors of eye and other causes of migraine (dehydration, prolonged fasting, stress, sleep disturbances, hypoglycaemia, hyperacidity and food & drinks consumption pattern) needs to be ruled out.
Next Steps
You need to visit an ENT specialist and an Ophthalmologist to rule out any nasal and visual errors contributing to this health problem. If you are visiting Kolkata for at least three days , you can drop in at the polyclinic cum-diagnostic centre of the John Snow Healthcare for a thorough check-up.
Health Tips
Do not take self-medication or over-the-counter drugs in this situation.
