Young people are mostly inclined to mobiles and laptops and this is the strongest reason for this headache and dizziness. Also less sleep exaggerates the condition along with bad food habits. So dnt worry. Take proper rest. Drink lots of liquids, like coconut water and soups.
Next Steps
Take regular breaks from the mobile and laptop screens.
Health Tips
Good sleep habit.

Hi Your eye pain and head pain is because of prolonged use of gadgets. Either limit the usage or follow 10-10-10 rule that is Every 10 minutes, look at something 10 feet away, for at least 10 seconds. Practise yoga and meditation which will help overcome ur mood swings. Nausea and dizziness need to be evaluated and will require few routine blood tests to be done. Please consult over Practo for further help regarding routine blood tests

**Opinion:** The symptoms you're experiencing, including nausea, dizziness, pain in the eyes and head, and a lack of energy, can be attributed to various potential causes. Common reasons might include dehydration, low blood sugar, or even more serious conditions like vertigo, migraines, or neurological issues. Mood swings and fatigue could also be linked to lifestyle factors, hormonal imbalances, or mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression. **Next Steps:** 1. **Consultation and Examination:** It's crucial to have a thorough examination to rule out any serious underlying conditions. We will perform a detailed physical examination and may recommend certain tests, such as blood work or imaging, to identify the cause. 2. **Lifestyle Assessment:** We will discuss your lifestyle, including diet, sleep patterns, and stress levels, to see if these factors are contributing to your symptoms. 3. **Treatment Plan:** Based on the findings, we will develop a personalized treatment plan. This may include dietary changes, hydration, stress management techniques, or medications if necessary. I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with me for a comprehensive evaluation and to discuss your symptoms in detail. It's important to address these issues promptly to prevent any further complications.
