Headache and Heavy eyes during traveling
Hello,
I generally face this problem always during traveling by Car or any public transport like Bus. And, problem is, during travel whenever I check out my phone(or laptop) for messages/emails/MAP/videos....it suddenly triggers an unbearable headache and eyes becomes so heavy that I worked a lot on screen!!
Same issue when I read a paper/a book during traveling.
To get this fixed and clear my doubts, I visited eye care and got to know, nothing wrong with my eyes so, can someone help me here?
