Headache in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I am passing through first trimester of my second pregnancy. By the time things are good but since last 24 hours I am suffering from severe headache which is continuous in nature. Why this may happen? What can be the remedies for this? I don't prefer to have medicines for this. Please answer. Thank you
