It is advisable to visit clinically for proper diagnosis and treatment. However as a home remedy, you can try this one. 1. Take turmeric powder half teaspoon and mix in 1 glass hot milk and consume it bed time. 2. Pour boiling water into a metal or glass bowl, and add a few drops of peppermint essential oil. Drape a towel over your head and position your face 10-12 inches above the bowl and breathe in the steam.
