2 days back after waking up for sometime I observed I had pain at right side of back head in right occipital bony area..at one particular spot only.. it looks hard to touch..but feels like minor hard swelling.. pain is like someone has hit me in that area.. now pain is aggravated even with or without head movement.. kindly tell me what can be the reason.. how long will it take to heal.. I am feeling anxious due to it..
