Headache on working on laptop
I have been having difficulty reading or looking at laptop screen even in the lowest brightness. I have to work in front of it for about 12 hours a day. I went for a eye checkup through computer and the power suggested was 0.5 and 0.25. Do you recommend making specs?

Most of the people are suffering from same problem who are working on computer or smartphone because they don't know how to work on computer for long duration without giving any trouble to your eyes, while working on computer number of blinking drastically goes down from around  24 per minute to around 8 per minute ,this is root of all problems. This causes dryness (computer vision  syndrome ).One should look away from screen after every 10 minute & after working for two hrs one should take rest for10 minutes.one should also use lubricating eye drops 5-6 times daily who works on computer continuously for many hours( Refresh liquigel)& try to have normal blinking while working on smartphone or computer, with regards
