Headache problem
My mom was suffering with headache since 3 months. The ache will occur only on left eyebrows sometimes it extends to back of the head and twice it extended to neck. For example If she get headache today aftrnoon it will be there for next day and It won't control . If she speaks on phone for sometime again she will get headache. And the pain was not severe it was mild pain but it will be there for
3 -4 dys in a week . Please suggest me what type of pain it was. Is it dangerours?

But needs to take detailed history and examined to rule out secondary headaches.
Relaxation exercises.
Meditation.
Avoid triggers.
