One of the local able Doctor asked to take CT coronal pNS scanning I did and attached files is the report summary. Please look into suggest the treatment for permanent recovery

If you don't have chronic recurrent nasal obstruction associated with facial heaviness and nasal discharge then your CT is practically normal. If you have above symptoms then you may be suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis. Treatment depends on severity of symptoms and if medications fail you may need to undergo surgery
