Headache when using pc
I m getting headache when using smartphone and pc and I visited an eye doctor he told me to wear glasses my eye no are DISTANCE RIGHT EYE CYL - 0.25 axis 90° and left eye SPH - 0.25 CYL - 0.25 AXIS 40° Is my eye very weak? What other else I can do? And also I got migraine headache too 10 days ago which is now gone.

Since you are a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids For migraine please consult a physician.

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20minutes.keep proper distance between eyes and screen wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and don't sit facing towards a/c or blowers consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Its not at all big numbers.... Have u been examined by putting Eye drops which blurs ur near vision? If not go for that. And that migrain might be the real reason for that.... migraine caused by fluctuations of blood flow in brain...
