Headache with hinge neck
I have continuously pain in my head and neck area. my neck is hinged from the upper portion and i have a history of frozen shoulder

It looks like cervical spondylities nothing to worry about just avoid excessive neck movements and excersise to strengthen muscles of your neck

if pain persists after all these precautions and excersises do consult an orthopaedician
