Headaches and Muscle/Joint pain
I've had really bad headaches, stomachaches and muscle and joint pain as long as I can remember, so one of my coworkers suggested I go gluten free to see if I'm allergic. I've done that for 2 days now, and I've had a headache that hasn't gone away for the same amount of time. Is this just a normal symptom of going gluten free or could this make me feel worse? Also, any suggestions for having those symptoms everyday for the past 8 years? My doctor has done blood tests and nothing has come of it.
