It may be due to continuous eye strain /cervical spondilytis.it can be a serious issue to some times.please check your BP.use cervical collar.proper head and neck rest is a must during sleep.consult your nearest doctor.any associated vomiting sensation or vomiting episodes should ed observed and informed to your nearest doctor.

Are you sleeping well? Also do you have cold? You could consider changing your mattress and pillow, that sometimes helps. You could probably consult a doctor, in the meanwhile please take Ibuprofen + Paracetamol twice a day for three days for the pain.

It’s cervical spondylitis , take pain killers , do neck exercises & wear a cervical collar , it will be alright
