HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON.TILL THAN TAKE CARE OF WOUND. DRESS IT WITH CLEAN UP THE WOUND WITH BETADINE SOLUTION THOROUGHLY. APPLY LOCALLY BETADINE OINTMENT+FUCIDIN IN 1:1 RATIO. FIX IT  BY MICROPORE AFTER APPLYING COTTON  WRAPPED,  IN GAUGE PIECE. TREATMENT. TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET ACCUCLAVE 625TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU. O.K BYE.
