Heal/Achillies Tendonitis Pain

I'm suffering from severe heal pain and also paid just above heal (back side of feet) and also pain severely in Achillies Tendonitis.
I have met few doctors, all gave vitaminD and collagen drinks, but the pain remains and it's increased
Some suggested physiotherapy and others ultrasonic treatments laser, heat teraphy and current also

All seems to be no use of releving me from pain
Kindly suggest the right doctor for my pain
