My Fathers age is 70 years he feels restlessness , panicks in each and everything . And also sometimes he suddenly falls because of weakness And dizziness. Neither he can properly digest food and nor appetite .

Your father may well be suffering from syncope or pre syncope which can be due to a variety of reasons ! Needs evaluation ! If he has no fluid restriction adviced by any specialised physician kindly keep him hydrated for starters and do not let him stand for very long !
