There are many causes for hearing loss such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media, Impacted wax etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem. You may need to undergo detailed audiological evaluation to identify cause for your problem so that treatment can be planned
