Hearing loss
My father has undergone for a ear test, attached is the report. Could anyone please advise me that he has to go for hearing aid i.e. machine or if he can take medicine to cure his problem.

Hi, Thank you for your query 1. His report shows a mixed hearing loss, part SNHL and part CHL. 2. Ideally, if the Conductive Hearing Loss (CHL) component can be diagnosed and treated, he may not require a hearing aid as his SN (Sensorineural) component of the hearing loss is mild.

3. Get his Impedance audiometry done and share the report here.
