Heart beating faster
From some weeks when i tried to sleep and closed my eyes feels a big heartbeat comes and go so not able to sleep properly also in night wakeup with faster fluttering heart beats whats going wrong dont know please help sone one my ecg is normal nd lipid also

Can be panic attack.. Try to relax and dont think about it. If dosent resolve get thyroid function test and evaluation for heart disease.. Will need detail assessment.
