Heart beating faster
Recent ECG normal but sinus techicardia , troponin test negative. TMT stress test done 2-3 months back was normal. But having a little left shoulder discomfort and heart beats faster than normal with a little exertion and sometimes a little sensation in left hand. Do i need to repeat TMT test ??

No need to repeat TMT is 3 months prior TMT was normal. This sinus tachycardia could be related to low endurance because of sedentary lifestyle or due to anxiety
