Female, 77 years, Angiplasty LAD Sept 17, Heart failure 21.11.17, ACS - SUA II/ LVEF - 30% (verbally doctor told 20%) Angiography on 22.11.17 reveals 80% Lesion dominant before crux in distal RCA and Non dominant proximal 70% lesion on LCX.
Considering the age factor doctor suggested PTCA to RCA / LCX only if breathlessness or complications arise. We need second opinion as we have taken discharge from hospital
