Last night when I was about to sleep felt a sudden unrest in my chest area like everything got heavy and blocked. As if major gastric thing. I couldn't sit or lie down. Had a glass of eno. And then I passed stool and vomited as well. I just had had a bowl of dal in dinner. Even after vomiting I had no relief in the unrest it felt like I ll choke. And suddenly in half an hour 40 mins I got all ok and slept. Just worried what was that. I am a 35 year old female
