Heart palpitation
Hello doctor I feel palpitation or something tinglish in my throat always. I don't know if it's palpitation as when I measure my heart rate it's always normal. I have anxiety issues and am already taking therapy for that as I don't want to take medication for anxiety but still sometimes I feel something very strong in my throat. Had done multiple ECGs even done echo in February only and 24 hr holter study last year and recently done thyroid and blood tests everything is normal. Is it because of anxiety? As it happens anytime means if I am not feeling any anxiety at that time. I am very worried pls help. As I have heart related anxiety only all the time i feel like I will have a heart attack. Kindly help 🙏🏻

U r perfectly normal. This abnormal throat sensation might be due to stress or anxiety.consult a ENT specialist if it persist to rule out local disease in that area. Other wise do, meditation, yoga, pranayam to soothe your body and mind.
