Heart Palpitations
I experience frequent heart palpitations and not sure if it is because of anxiety or blood pressure. I am on medication for high BP ( MetXL 25mg) and when checked it is 125/90 . I experience it while lying down and at times after food intake and during my workout sessions. Please advise.
