Heart rate for my son
Hello doctor,
My son is 3.6 years old , his heart rate is always between 115-130. In rest also.Is it normal for this age group? He doesn't have any other symptoms or weakness.is always playful.

He is having sinus tachycardia . Do a ECG check for additional abnormality of rhythm. Exclude fever and thyrotoxicosis by T3 T4 and TSH estimation . Do a resting count of pulse rate while sleeping. Rate more than 90 at this age is abnormal

As long as he is active and playfull and not anxious then don't worry about the heart rate.
If too anxious see a pediatrician
