Isolated T inversion in lead III. Not significant. ECG is within normal limits. Increase in heart rate during exercise is normal. Target Heart Rate (THR) = 50% to 85% of Maximum Heart Rate (MHR) To calculate your Maximum Heart Rate (MHR): {MHR} = 220 - {age} For example, for a 30-year-old person: {MHR} = 220 - 30 = 190 The target heart rate range would be: {THR} = 0.50 * 190 to 0.85* 190 {THR} = 95 to 161.5{ beats per minute (bpm)}
