Heartburn in 2nd trimester of pregnancy
Hi , I am in my second trimester of pregnancy and I am suffering from heartburn after dinner . I take walk daily after dinner. Also I don't lie down on bed immediately after food. I lie down about 2 hrs after meals. What could be immediate relief from this heartburn. It becomes very unbearable. I feel like vomiting. I can't sleep for 2-3 hrs after getting heartburn. Plz advise.

If u feel the above synonyms,u can take Syp Digene 2 tsf stat and twice or thrice a day,as per your degree of symptoms.Can start Rantac/ Aciloc  150 mg twice a day,if severe symptoms for a week.Avoid other antacids. if u feel nauseated,can take additionally tab doxinate 10 mg once a day..plz avoid taking any other antacids & other medications for vomiting,as the ones I mentioned are potentially safe in Pregnancy.

For immediate relief from heartburn Syp Digene 2 tsf 1/2 hr before meal For nausea tab Doxinate 10 mg 1-0-0 for 5 days

eat small  portion meal at 3-4 hr interval head end raised while sleeping, to prevent oesophageal reflux
