Heat boils and rashes on skin
I have had fever twice in last 3 weeks and am finally recovering, my body is still sensitive to cold air and I get headaches when i work in AC, I have noticed an increase in my body temperature in last few days and am getting heat boils and rashes on skin. As i work in an AC office, I am following a strict diet of foods which are hot, including hot water. I would like to know if this is the right process or if there is a better way of working in AC and managing body temperature
