After waking up, in the morning time chest feels heavy but no pain or mascular tension.
This lasts for 1-2hrs and then automatically goes away.
This happens occasionally.
What can be cause of this problem please assist.

If that heaviness in chest increases after some physical activity and relieves on taking rest please consult otherwise not much a big problem just u can try some anatacid if needed u can consult me
May be you are sleeping under a very fast moving celing fan. Generally people complain of dull muscular aches in the morning. It goes off once you start moving around in your daily choirs. If there is no other problem, there does not seem anything to worry.

Avoid oily spicy processed foods and heavy meals after 5 pm .
Always have dinner two hours before bed.
