Heaviness on left side chest and arm
From few days I am feeling heaviness and current like sensations in my left hand and chest... It is not associated with sweating and seldom pain is there... ECG and lipid profile is in normal limits...
What can I be diagnosed as and what investigation should be done... Pls help?

Hello...for your symptoms mainly 2 problems have to be ruled out.
1 is heart disease which can reliably be ruled out with a 2D ECHO first & then TMT/Stress test even if ECG is normal.
Secondly get a XRAY-CERVICAL SPINE (AP & lateral view) to rule out cervical spondylitis which may present with above symptoms & neuropathy.
Next Steps
With above reports u can revert back to me or consult a M.D physician/cardiologist.

Meanwhile avoid excess physical exertion. Avoid lifting heavy weights.
Maintain correct posture of neck & body.
