Heavy back pain and no sleep
I have extreme back pain due to sitting and working for long hours, shoulders and two sides of spinal cord paining like pricking pin. Can't sleep during nights and this leads to headaches and i consume saridon tab. Please tell me what is the solution for this... Should I take a back massage? Or any treatment required for this? Im not able to sit or stand or lie down for a long time. Urgent help needed. Hapenning from last 5months.

Hello ma'am, You are suffering from back pain for 5 months now.You can take hot fomentation and follow good posture.and consult a physio for further course of action.I want to state one thing here sometimes our physical health depends on our mental health,we call it as Psychosomatic back pain.To get a complete relief from stress related back pain..you need to concentrate on your mental health along with Physiotherapy.

Take electrotherapy treatment, apply diclofenac ointment and cover it with a cloth for 10mins then do hot water fermentation, repeat this twice a day, maintain proper posture.

Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrical modalities to reduce pain and inflammation.maintain proper posture and ergonomics.i.e get up from ur work place with in 20 mins have a walk for 10 secs.

Hot fomentation thrice a day for 15 to 20 min . U can apply any muscle relaxant on the back. Postural correction advised. Need exercises once the pain settles
