Heavy bleeding like periods after ipill

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello doc I've unprotected sex after my periods over after that i've taken ipill within 5hrs but after 3days i'm get lilttle bleeding nd then on the 5th day i'm having very heavy bleeding more than usual periods with headache, vomiting, nd lower abdominal pain. Is this ipill side effects i have taken ipill so many times in previous year once every month but nothing happen but this time my condition is worse dont know what to do its 5th day now nd heavy bleedings not stop. please suggest vat to do i'm helpless in this condition i can't go for doc please suggest some medicine.

Take tablet pause MF thrice a day till bleeding stops.
