Heavy menstrual flow (chemical pregnancy
Hi. 1. I had undergone early pregnancy loss (week 5) during the period Aug 18 to Sep 2. 2. Post this the next two menstrual cycles had a heavier blood loss (8 to 10 days). 3. I was earlier diagnosed with PCOD and had been under the medication glyciphage. 4. I also had low vitamin D levels hence have been taking Syp dhup 60k-1bottle once weekly 5. Also recently I have been diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia in the recent tests. The doctor has prescribed the following medicines (prescription attached) Could you please let me know if there should be any additions to ensure that this cycle the blood loss is normal? Thank you

Please also get a sonography of the lower abdomen done. What you are thinking as a chemical pregnancy may actually be Incomplete abortion. You may consult with me on Practo for further information.

I’m sorry for your loss. In regard to your cycle, how are your previous cycles ? Heavy bleeding for 10 days is not normal. Did you get any ultrasound done after your miscarriage? I would suggest to get blood workup done to rule out thyroid issue and also ultrasound. Please connect for prescription for heavy bleeding and further assistance
