Heavy menstural bleeding

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Its almost 6 months of my c section delivery. After 1.5 month of delivery I had my periods and then every month its bleeding heavily... Earlier it was normal but after delivery it bleeds a lot. I did sonogrpahy and endometrium wall thickness was 21 mm on 30th day of cycle. Dr gave me tablet t stat mf to reduce bleeding. Every month i take this tablet to reduce bleeding. Is it curable or i have to take this tablet life long.. what should i do. Is there any treatment to reduce endometrium wall lining

Other than endometrial thickness measurements get blood tests also done, generally after pregnancy menses pattern change which takes to come back to normal, but u should rule out other causes.
