I had a severe nose bleed lasting 30 minutes. Blood was very heavy but then a clot came about, about an inch long, and bleeding immediately stopped. I am scared to move my face or breathe out of my nose. What does the clot coming out mean? I made an ENT appointment the earliest possible in two week.

Bleeding from the nose is known as 'Epistaxis' in medical terms.
It can occur dur to a number of reasons like sudden rise in blood pressure, scratch on the nasal lining, foreign body in the nose, benign or malignant tumours of the nose.
Next Steps
It is an emergency and you should get a check up as soon as possible. The diagnosis should be done and treatment should be started as fast as possible.
Health Tips
Don't blow your nose. Don't pick your nose. Don't strain or lift heavy weights. These will prevent further bleeding.
In case of sudden bleeding pinch your nose for 15-20 mins and apply ice over your nose. Get a specialist opinion.
