Heavy vaginal discharge
I have very heavy vaginal discharge from 6 months and i took 10 courses of antibiotic since then but the discharge is non stop and in huge amount..last month i had to HVS done and first one was E coli and the seconed one was klebsiella pneumonia and i took 10 days antibiotic for that and no improvement. Please note that i had a surgery for fistula in Ano in February and a the wound is still open and a seton was placed

This is the reason you are having vaginal discharge because fistula did not heal till time.Get done culture of discharge and contact to surgeon.Take seiz bath with hot water.
