Heel pain from 4 months
I am 48 year old, i have obesity, my weight is around 70-90 and from the last 4 months i have heel pain. i have taken xray and there is nothing like heel spur but the pain continues . i am using silicon heel cusion from 25 days but the pain remains same. what are the options to heal it at home .please suggest some exercises and ointments

• Downward dog yoga stretch • Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch • Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

In the absconded of a spur, if the heel pain persists then in all probability it is an issue of Plantar Fascitis.
Next Steps
Dip your feet in Warm, Salty water twice a day, Apply pain relieving cream over you heal (no ice), change your footwear to a sole which has a heel pad in built rather than an external cushion - needs to be as soft a sports shoe - trainer.
