Initially the best remedy would be to use soft footwear,  of possible both inside house as well as outside. If you are going for a walk or jog better to use shoes with a proper cushioning. Avoid hard surfaces Any minor analgesics would be sufficient Better to consult an orthopedic doctor and later few stretching exercises are advisable Take care.
Next Steps
If pain doesn't reduce consult doctor, get examination done if required xray and follow advice
Health Tips
rest , avoid hard surface , keeping in slightly hot water may also help .
