Hello sir / mam
I am 21 years old and my height is 5'2. I want to increase my height 2-3 inches.. Please tell me how can increase my height.

After 18 yrs, growth plate of our bone gets matured, so there is no scope for increase in height by conservative method, but we can do it by illizarow limb lengthening surgery.

Be happy with your height and 5'2" is really a good height according to indian standards. The surgery for height increase is really complicated and done for individuals who are of short stature. It has lot of complications as the bones have to be cut and they have to unite again. There are complications such as infections and non union which can leave you crippled. So even after understanding the complications if you're determined you can consult an orthopedician who practices Ilizarov.
