Hello! I have some problems.
In 2017, i was using my headphones to hear loud music at (by mistake) 100 Percent volume. Accidently, A DJ music (a friend's Whatsapp Status) came and my ears went numb. Since, then i cannot bear any noise maybe "hyperacusis" and have ringing noise "tinnitus." Plus, two days ago, i have been having sudden deafness in ear. Plus, when i wiggle my ear. I felt my ears being pulled kind-of. IDK how to describe it. I want to also tell in 2018, i was hit by a guy's elbow. Since, then i have pain in jaw and have micro fractures and maocculsion in teeth as well. Today and yesterday, i tried to wiggle my ears, it felt heavy and sometimes numb. Sometimes Pain in inner and outer ear as well. i have to wear cotton buds 24/7. Without them, i can't live now. It's been 4 years. Plus, i want to add i hear crackling or pop sounds in ear while moving jaw. IDK what it is as well. Hoping for a quick reply asap. Thank You. 🥺

Sir your symptoms suggest a sensorineural hearing impairment, u should get your ears checked with otoendoscopy and audiometry by a good ENT surgeon as soon as possible.
