Hello please give me advice
I feel dryness, cough in my throat all the time ,when I talk more then usual days my voice become harsh  from last 5 months,  last year winter season actually whenever I got cold it won't go away was easily , I have been feeling cough , my nose hole is block one at a time , during night some time i feel congestion in throat , when I use seroflo 250 synchrobreath from cipla I feel relieve in cough but it makes my throat more dry n more congested , I used antibiotic , antiallergic tablets but they don't work out , I had my chest x ray n it was clear with no problem , doctor also take my breathing test but that time i had cold so doctor dint get proper reading , I have to go to spit my cough from mouth frequently , I m feeling no problem in breathing , but this dryness n cough create my day to day life disturb hope u help me , please help me to get some good medicines n treatment to get my throat relieve I don't want to go outside during lockdown

If you really want relief first stop doing forceful coughing, blowing of nose and start taking sips of water at regular intervals. Stop seroflo and avoid speaking loudly. If you have to speak a lot then take sips of water in between. Just practice this and see results in two days. You will feel much better
