Help to reduce effect of myopia

Hello, Myself Naman and i want to your advice for my eyesight I have myopia of -5 and i want to improve my eyesight So will fish capsule help me? Or any other ways or things you could recommand

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses Lasik is a very good option for this but it is possible only after age of 18yrs So fish oil will not help
