Help with the diagnosis
I went to a clinic and the person has given me the diagnosis, my daughter has cavity and has  pain, do we need to do the filling or is it okay with this treatment and brushing, kindly help me. Will it stop the cavity, as it is milk teeth, until it falls, further no problem occurs

Go for treatment as advised by your dental surgeon. Today if no pain will convert into serious problems with delay in treatment. And cost of treatment will escalate.

Hello ma'am It all depends on how deep the pain is, like is it disturbing her sleep or not able eat because of it, etc.
