Two days ago my brother was diagnosed allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (abpa).
Please tell what should we do now ?

No need to worry must be on steroids during infected period and must regularly use inhaled bronchodilators u will be under control, a shot of antifungals will also be usefull.
Next Steps
do serum ige levels and ace levels to titrate the steroids dose, be in regular touch with a pulmonologist.
