I have a prolapsed hemorrhoid since last 4 years. It is painless and has not changed in size or so. I do not experience any bleeding either. I do not take any medication for that.
Should I be worried about it?
Also I have family history of hemorrhoid.

Yes - it should be differentiated from rectal prolapse and hemorrhoid grade 4
And yes u require surgery for prolapsed hemorrhoid as they are more prone for complications like thrombosis, infections, and can lead lo loss of fluid and blood unnoticed
