Hemorrhoids, constipation
I am having pain while passing stool for two days. Pain is persisting even after that. Bowels are not getting cleared. Having to go 3-4 times a day.

I can understand your concern.
Are you even having a problem of blood in stools ?
It could be hemorrhoids you might be suffering from but your history is too less to comment clearly.
Kindly have a high fiber diet and consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
Drink lots of water.
