Hemosiderin staining

Asked for Female, 1 Years

(hemosiderin staining at right capsulo-thalamo-ganglionic region - suggestive of chronic hematoma). She is fit & fine from 1year 3 months & after one year the mri report indicates this word above in bracket..mi question is that there is an serious mater .. Or bi treatment this can be solve i want full solution from u please help me.
