I am tested hepatitis b positive. Can it be cured. Can I get married and have children. Will it effect my partner and children

Yes u can get married but your partner may get infected with HBV AND U CAN HAVE CHILDREN'S BUT CHANCES OF TRANSMISSION ARE THERE
