In Ayurveda, gaining weight naturally involves restoring balance to the body and mind, addressing underlying imbalances, and nurturing the digestive fire (Agni). Ayurvedic products for weight gain play a pivotal role in this process, offering gentle yet potent support for enhanced digestion, metabolism, and overall well-being. •) Improving digestion: Incorporating Ayurvedic herbs for weight gain like ginger, cumin, and fennel can enhance digestion, stimulate Agni (digestive fire), and optimize nutrient absorption. •) you can take chyawanprash, drakshyadi kashayam, weight gain powders •) Weight gain powders: Ayurvedic weight gain powders, such as Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Vidari Kanda, and Gokshura, when combined with a balanced diet and lifestyle, can support muscle development and improve appetite.
Next Steps
consult to know about your prakriti and agni(digestive fire) it will be helpful
Health Tips
taking weight gain powders with milk or preparing ksheerpak will be great for weight gain

Combination of herbs depends upon your prakruti( body constitution as per ayurveda), vaya( age), on what season you are consuming them, etc, so you should always take them under doctor's guidance. For further information u can visit www.bhuvanaarogyamhospital.com
