I was unable to spoke proper words in sentence because of hesitation in speaking spellings words of k,p,s,t,d (starts with first that) means eords starts with k,s,p,d,t. Pls suggest some way to go far in my life

You seem to be suffering from an articulation difficulty. Please get yourself evaluated by a Speech pathologist /therapist. They should be able to help you.
